The Coastal Carolina Agricultural Fair has a very limited number of spaces to rent to vendors who wish to sell their wares. Our commercial exhibits area is located at the main entrance to the Fair, in the 25,000 square foot Commercial Building and Pavilion. Additional booths are dispersed throughout the Fairgrounds, and require vendors to provide their own shelter.

We welcome companies with a successful track record, and the staff and resources to conduct business for 11 consecutive days. To take advantage of all of the benefits of renting space at the Coastal Carolina Agricultural Fair, simply click here to download the application form (MS Word format, 58k), and submit the application, complete with photos of your booth, as directed in the application instructions.

The Coastal Carolina Agricultural Fair is an 11-day event, and is one of the largest annual events in our County. Over 30,000 Coastal Carolina area residents enjoy 11 days of fun entertainment, that features family musical acts, country, rock and roll, blues, carnival rides, rodeos, contests and much more.
