Free downloadable .pdf files of the 2010 Coastal Carolina Agricultural Fair Exhibitor Premium Guide and entry forms are available below. You can pick up free hard copies of the book at participating Fuel Markets (Chevron & Shell Stations), the Public Libraries in New Bern, Vanceboro, Cove City, Pollocksville and Pamlico County, all city chamber of commerce offices, the Cooperative Extension Offices in Carteret, Craven, Jones and Pamlico Counties and at the fairgrounds beginning September 1, 2010.

No Late Entries Will Be Accepted!
The Coastal Carolina Agricultural Fair does not accept late entries. There are no exceptions to this rule, and it is strictly enforced to ensure fair competition for
all entrants.
AGRICULTURAL EXIBITOR INFORMATION
ENTER AND WIN! There's over $10,000 cash available in prize money for your handiwork. You may enter your exhibit on Tuesday, October 12th from 1 PM to 6 PM and/or Wednesday, October 13th from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Entries must be completed after Oct. 12, 2009. There's only one entry per person per category to be eligible for judging. Pre-entering your exhibit will save time.
